Candy Corn Crunch

This delicious snack is the perfect combination of salty and sweet with a little crunch to boot!
  • 8 cups popcorn (1 package)
  • 1½ cups Rice Krispies
  • ¾ cup peanuts
  • ¾ lb. almond bark (1/2 of a package)
  • 2 heaping tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 pkg of candy corn
  1. Pop popcorn and clean out all un-popped kernels.
  2. Add the popcorn, Rice Krispies, peanuts, and half of the package of candy corn to a large bowl or a large bag.
  3. Melt almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl, according to package directions and stir in peanut butter once partially melted.
  4. Return mixture to the microwave and heat in 15-second segments until melted.
  5. Pour almond bark mixture over popcorn mixture and stir/shake until evenly coated.
  6. Add the remaining candy corn.
  7. Spread onto waxed paper and let harden (about 30 minutes).
